The Series 9500 provides a reliable and effective solution
for the high-noise environments of "workboats," including
police/security, special operations and fire/rescue boat applications.
Typically these boats will commonly take water over the bow and
need to keep on target and mission. The Series 9500 provides
a water and corrosion resistant solution that will accommodate up
to eight crew members, with all having radio transmit capability.
Three
mobile radio connections are available and allow communication
to multiple cources (e.g. weather, police, etc).
Systems
are typically used in operations that require simplified pushbutton/toggle
controls for radio receive and transmit that are easily located
at speeds in excess
of 70 MPH.
The U9500 Master Station is the heart of the system and
is used in conjunction with the Series 9500 Noise-Reducing Headsets
to provide clear, crisp intercom communications. In-line cables
(of varying length) provide the interconnection to the headset
users.
Full-duplex
intercom means that multiple parties can speak at the same time
and there is no loss of communication.
